Guess what? Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta (which used to be called Facebook), is really getting good at Brazilian jiu-jitsu! He just announced on Instagram that he's now a blue belt, which is a big deal in jiu-jitsu.
Mark started learning jiu-jitsu during the COVID-19 lockdowns. At first, he said it was tough, and he got beat up a lot, but he didn't give up! Now, he trains in jiu-jitsu and MMA three to four times a week.
His coach, Dave Camarillo, is a black belt pro and has even trained Keanu Reeves, the actor from "John Wick." So you know Zuckerberg's learning from the best!
Zuckerberg was so into jiu-jitsu that he even joined a tournament and won silver and gold medals! He thanked his trainers for all their help and support. Apart from jiu-jitsu and MMA, he likes doing other exercises like surfing, CrossFit, and running. But he stopped running because it made him think too much.
In a recent Instagram post, he showed off his strong muscles while standing next to two MMA fighters. People are joking that he might have a fight with Elon Musk, the SpaceX CEO, because both of them love combat sports. But we'll have to wait and see if that happens!
