Nowadays, virtual meeting is a usual thing for many people. This happens after the COVID-19 outbreak 3 years ago.
To arrange a virtual meeting, most of them use a meeting app named "Zoom". It is because Zoom offer many features to make the meeting went smoothly.
Recently, Zoom release an AI feature that can summarize the meeting's main idea to easier the users.
Even so, many people feared that the AI feature may also learn and copying their voice and gesture.
As reported by BBC News, Zoom ensures its customers not to worry because their AI features won't be harm for people.
The popular virtual meeting app also said in the terms, "Zoom will not use audio, video or chat customer content to train our artificial intelligence models without your consent".
Even so, policy manager for data protection, Abby Burke, told the BBC that the terms from Zoom is still unclear.
"While Zoom states that customers will be asked for consent to use their data to train AI models, Zoom's privacy policy is opaque and it is not clear that this is the case."
